Tips for finding a ride:

1. Hone your resume, emphasize sailing experience & skills: steering, electronics, navigation, EMT, cooking, resistance to seasickness, etc.
2. Collect recommendations
3. Say if you can make the return delivery
4. Say how much time you can put into pre-race prep
5. Gather credentials that fit race requirements:
   1. First Aid/CPR certificate
   2. Safety at Sea Seminar
   3. ISAF classification
