Reminder:  ISAF Sailor Classifications due ASAP

If you have not yet done so, you and each of your crew must go to the ISAF website (sailing.org/classification) and get a current/valid ISAF User ID. Five minutes of your/their time.

Then go to the Bermuda Race registration area. Login using your crew login and password. If you have previously put in your information, just click on your name and add your classification number (1 or 3) and under that put your ISAF ID on your personal form (make sure you go to the bottom and click on "Save Crew Info"). If you have not been in this site before, click on "ADD NEW CREW MEMBER" and fill out the form. Make sure you go to the bottom of the form and click on "Save Crew Info".

This must be done no later than June 1, when the entire list of participants is sent to ISAF to be vetted.

All crew, regardless of whether they are category 1 or 3, must have a valid ISAF User ID (Country code, initials, number: example USAJO14). Captains should ensure their compliance with ISAF Regulation 22.4 by verifying that their crew have provided valid ISAF User IDs.

Next, be sure you have sent in all of the necessary requested forms and information to documents@bermudarace.com or fax to (401) 537-9155 by the deadlines designated in the Notice of Race. Please send your documents in one complete packet and ensure your yacht name is on all documents.

The Pre-Inspection Documentation Deadline is close: June 1.
