Offshore Experience Form - Electronic Word Doc that may be downloaded, filled out using Microsoft Word, then sent to the Qualifications Committee as a Word doc.
Offshore Experience Form - PDF that must be printed out and completed by hand, then scanned/e-mailed or faxed to the Qualifications Committee
Captain's Waiver - PDF that must be printed out and completed by hand, then scanned/emailed or faxed to documents@bermudarace.com. Note that Crew Waivers are managed within the Entry System.
