Inspection Forms

Each yacht entered in the race will be sent a complete inspection booklet with all required forms and instructions. This booklet should be used as your official inspection document. 

A complete copy of the booklet, which contains the inspection checklist and all necessary inspection forms, is posted below for your convenience, and so that copies can be made available to your crew.

This is a copy of the complete inspection booklet that is mailed to each captain.  It includes the complete inspection checklist, and all required inspections forms.

2008 Official Inspection Forms

The documents listed below are all contained in the official 2008 Inspection Booklet.  They are posted here individually as a convenience, in case the captain or crew needs separate copies of the forms for race preparation.  We recommend you use the actual documents contained in your official booklet for submission to the Race Committee.
