Race Bulletin No. 13

May 27, 2016

By Rush Hambleton

Dear Sailors,

There's very little time left to get your Crew List in order before the Crew  Deadline -- 1700, Friday, June 3 -- about one week away.

We have posted a Preliminary Crew List containing all sailors who have been invited to race, and highlighting sailors who are currently ineligible to race due to one or more of the following:

  • they failed to provide an ISAF/Word Sailing Sailor ID;
  • their Sailor ID is invalid or expires before June 25, 2016;
  • they failed to sign the electronic waiver; or
  • they're a Captain (Person in Charge) and have not provided us with their Safety at Sea Certificate.

This information must be provided using the entry system before the Crew Deadline.

The Race Program will be printed based on the Crew Lists on file on the entry system as of 1700, June 3, 2016. Sailors who are not on the Crew List are not eligible to compete.

The Inspection Deadline is also just one week away.

ALL yachts must be inspected before the Inspections Deadline: 1700, June 3, 2016.

As always, please do not hesitate to email [email protected] or one of us listed at the bottom of this bulletin if you have any questions or issues completing the entry process on time.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to seeing you in Newport.

Kind regards,
A. J. Evans
Chairman
Bermuda Race Organizing Committee
