Competitor Bulletin #24 – SI Amendment 1, Captains’ Meeting Livestream Link, Class Splits Availability

Sailing Instructions Amendment 1 - The Sailing Instructions, dated June 10, 2022, are amended dated June 15, 2022, in the 2022 Sailing Instructions on the Official Notice Board. Changes are noted in red underlined (added) or stricken (deleted) text in the Track Changes version of the document - "2022 Sailing Instructions Amendment 1."
In summary, the substantive amendments change the class flags to correspond with the class name (SI 5.2) and explain how the class flags for combined starts or classes with two numeral pennants will be displayed at the start (SI 7.3).Official Notice Board: Class Splits & Scratch Sheet Availability - The Scheduled Order of Starts has been posted on the Official Notice Board. The Class Splits for boats will be available to download Thursday, early in the afternoon. Full Scratch Sheets with rating data will be available to download in PDF and XLS format on Friday morning.

Eight Bells: Commodore John D. Osmond, III, MD
Eight Bells for John Osmond, a dedicated sailor who competed in 15 Bermuda Races and served as the 2012 Chair and PRO for the following decade. John, alongside his beloved wife Ellyn, was an integral part of the Bermuda Race community for many years.
