Dear Race Captains and Sailors,
I have three short, important messages for you as we bring the 52nd Newport Bermuda Race to a close.
1. SAVE THE DATE: June 21, 2024 is the date that the 53rd Newport Bermuda Race will get underway.
2. 2024 Race Chair: It’s been my privilege to lead the organizing committee for this race, and it’s my pleasure to announce the chairman for the next race, Mark Lenci. As our vice chairman this cycle, Mark tackled assignments ranging from restarting the Hands-On safety-training courses to negotiating and arranging COVID-19 testing in Newport. The race is in good hands!
3. Thank you for your participation and support through this challenging race cycle.
