  • June 19 at 2p: Containers Close for loading at Safe Harbor NEB and Newport Shipyard
  • June 19 9a - 4p: Onsite registration at Sail Newport  (All PICs Only)
  • June 19 8a - 5p: Bermuda Immigration at Sail Newport (Present all crew passports)
  • June 20 8a - 5p: Bermuda Immigration at Sail Newport (Present all crew passports)
  • June 19 6 - 8p: Safe Harbor Marinas Newport Shipyard Goslings Crew Party 6-8 pm (Must have ticket)
  • June 20 5p: Virtual Captain's Meeting on youtube.com/bermudarace
  • June 21: Starting Day in Newport (will also be live-streamed at 2p bermudarace.com)
  • June 23 - 26: Expected Finishes in Bermuda

Notice the Following:

  1. An Amendment to Sailing Instructions to clarify some minor changes has been posted. Please see changes in red.
  2. The Goslings Safe Harbor Marinas Newport Shipyard Crew Party is tomorrow night at 6 pm. Tickets are required to enter, skippers are given tickets at onsite registration. 
  3. We have been informed by Bermuda Customs that only 84 boats have submitted their arrival notification on SailClear.com. All PICs should take a moment to complete this required process for Customs before the race.   Please refer to the instructions in Competitor Bulletin #9.  Vessels that fail to submit an Arrival Notification on SailClear will need to quarantine in Bermuda and will experience a regretful delay in getting to the bar.

Eight Bells: Commodore John D. Osmond, III, MD

Eight Bells for John Osmond, a dedicated sailor who competed in 15 Bermuda Races and served as the 2012 Chair and PRO for the following decade. John, alongside his beloved wife Ellyn, was an integral part of the Bermuda Race community for many years. His passion for offshore racing and sailing was unmatched, and his calm and kind demeanor left a lasting impact. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family.
