Notice the Following:

All Yachts must register with Sail Clear:

New for 2024, Bermuda Customs have informed us that all yachts arriving in Bermuda MUST be entered through SailClear with no exceptions. Boats can be pre-registered now, which we encourage, as we have just been informed that as of May 1, there will be an annual charge of $25 per boat to be registered in SailClear.  To avoid the $25 charge, visit SailClear, create an account and register your boat by May 1.  

Prior to the start of the race, an arrival notification (including a complete crew manifest) must be submitted on SailClear.  Further instructions and reminders will be provided as race day approaches.  

All boats are encouraged to register on SailClear prior to May 1 free of charge and then update crew lists closer to the Race.
 

Berthing in Bermuda:

If you have not yet reserved berthing in Bermuda, please do so immediately.  Directions can be found on the Entry Guide and our Bermuda Logistics resources.

For all who believe they have reserved, RBYC advises that all boats confirm they have received an email confirmation (from [email protected]) of their berthing reservation.  If you don’t have an email confirmation, then you don’t have a reservation and you should reapply.
