It was a hard-fought battle that led to a fierce last beat in the St. David's Lighthouse Division with Michael O'Donnell (SOL Modonnellaw) beating out Scott Bearse (SOL SlideRule) by mere seconds in the Dehler 46s. Both competitors were supposed to sail in 2020 Newport Bermuda Race IRL (in real life) and we able to apply their first-hand knowledge to the online version. After finishing around 1000 UTC on 23/06 both competitors congratulated each other in the chat with O'Donnell thanking all the competitors "Thank you, everyone, for a great first time online race experience!"⠀
