There were two back-to-back virtual events featuring the Newport Bermuda Race Thursday, Jan 25. First up was Sail Newport's Challenger Lecture Series at 5:30 pm, followed by North Sails' Performance Seminar at 7:00 pm. The recordings are now posted below.

We are thankful to Sail Newport for featuring us as the first topic of their 2024 Challenger Lecture Series. The event sold out quickly, and they made it available for free to watch online via Zoom. See the recording below to get inspired and ask questions of speakers Andrew Kallfelz (Race Chair), Sheila McCurdy (Race Veteran), Shawn Hart (Life Raft and Survival), and Janet Garnier (Race Veteran and Newport Operations Chair).

Once the tales of adventure and race preparation tips have inspired you, participants could over to the North Sails Performance Webinar with Weather experts Peter Isler and Chris Bedford, along with North Sails expert Austin Powers, who shared valuable insights on race weather, historical patterns, Gulf Stream considerations, race strategy, and performance.

Don't miss this fascinating journey into the world of offshore sailing!
